The Spice Cupboard

I was asked by my friend @mita56 (see her post on the declutter session here) if I could help decluttr her cupboards with spices and other items recently. She wanted to store them in a way that made it easy to access and also to help remove the items that were not needed.Mita had bought a few filing trays from Daiso to use in the cupboards but unfortunately they were too big to use in a neat manner and would have taken valuable space up. So I suggested we forgo them and exchange them for items that may be useful in her apartment.The cupboard before we started decluttering contained various packets of spices, oils, sauces, tins, packets of sauces, tea, etc. There was no logical place for the items. To start we emptied the two cupboards and set them out on the counter to review.
